These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website katreajans.com.tr and the social media management applications operated by Katre Ajans Yazılım A.Ş. (Katre Advertising) ("we", "us", "our") on our subdomains (collectively, the "Services").

1. Description of the Services

The Services include our agency website and internal tools that allow authorized users to create, schedule, and publish content to social media accounts (including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest) that they own or are authorized to manage. Connections to third-party platforms are made only through those platforms' official APIs with the account owner's explicit authorization.

2. Acceptable use

You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage.
You are responsible for the content you create and publish through the Services, and you must comply with the terms and community guidelines of each connected platform (including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines).
You may not use the Services to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content, or to send spam.

3. Third-party platforms

The Services depend on third-party platforms and their APIs. We are not affiliated with these platforms, and their availability, features, and policies may change at any time. Each platform's own terms apply to your use of that platform.

4. Intellectual property

Content you upload remains yours. You grant us only the technical permission necessary to store and transmit that content to the platforms you choose. The Services, including their design and code, are the property of Katre Advertising.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Katre Advertising shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by third-party platforms (such as content removal or account restrictions) resulting from content you publish.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services in case of violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services and disconnect your social accounts at any time.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ordu, Türkiye.
